Jo Lee -
Executive Neurodiversity Coach &
Coach Supervisor

Illuminating conversations that help you make lighter work of success.

Welcome

Based in the Heart of the UK Midlands, I’m an experienced and qualified executive coach, and coach supervisor. I coach leaders and executives with ADHD and other neurodiversities, and supervise neurodivergent coaches and coaches working with neurodivergent clients.

I partner with you in a refreshingly honest, straight-forward, energetic and positive way to help you shine the spotlight on what works well for you, identify what could work better, so you feel in control and can make lighter work of your professional performance and success.

My Approach

Whether coaching or supervising, I aim to offer you a finely balanced combination of support, challenge and inspiration that will stretch and develop your thinking and performance in new ways, so you achieve greater results, success and satisfaction.

Working with you I bring, as you’d expect, a finely tuned listening ear and a bag full of curiosity, but also a naturally energetic, chatty and warm personality.

My coaching and supervision styles are best described as being a “talk ahead of tools” approach – I am solutions-focused, tapping into a range of evidence-based models and approaches including TA, clean coaching, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural techniques.

You’ll find I say what I see (or hear) and not necessarily what it will be comfortable or easy for you to hear! And in collaborating with you, I believe in keeping things simple, flexible, highly personalised, intuitive and brave, in the pursuit of helping you achieve truly impactful, transformational outcomes.

My background

As well as my coaching and supervision qualifications and experience of working with hundreds of neurodivergent coachees since 2016, I bring to the table fifteen years proven experience and success as a neurodivergent senior leader in the retail sector.

I’ve lived and breathed the strategic thinking, systems, challenges, relationships  and complexities (and the loneliness that working at the top of an organisation can sometimes bring) that can be both so exhilarating and so problematic when you’re navigating your way to leading and achieving successful business outcomes – especially when you add your personal neurodivergent challenges into the mix.

I don’t just talk the talk, I have well and truly walked the walk too!

You can find out more about me, what I’m like to work with and my background here.

Are we a good fit?

Getting successful results from working with a coach or supervisor means finding someone you trust, as well as enjoy working with.

No coach or supervisor is everyone’s cup of tea, and I’d like to invite and encourage you to get in touch with me for an informal chat by phone or video call – we’ll talk about what you’re looking for and you can get a better feel for whether or not I’m going to be a good fit for you as a partner and collaborator in achieving that.

I look forward to hearing from you.
